Great to meet you!

I'm Edith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping people heal from the relationships and patterns that have kept them stuck. I specialize in people-pleasing, boundary-setting, mother wounds, and trauma — especially for those who've spent too long putting everyone else first. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and I bring warmth, honesty, and a little realness to every session. My clients often tell me therapy finally feels like a place they actually want to show up to.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, somatic approach — meaning we work with both your mind and your body, because a lot of the patterns people want to change live in the nervous system, not just the head. I draw from somatic therapy, mindfulness, CBT, and attachment-based approaches depending on what you need. Sessions are collaborative and skills-focused — we don't just talk about things, we practice tools you can actually use between sessions. I work best with clients who are ready to show up, reflect honestly, and try new things.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. I want to know what's been weighing on you and what you're hoping life looks like on the other side of this. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, start mapping out what matters most to you, and set a pace that feels manageable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, less alone, and with at least one small thing you can take with you before we meet again.
