Great to meet you!

As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I’m committed to making therapy accessible and meaningful across cultural and linguistic identities. Healing is not always linear, but I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they work toward greater confidence, connection, and joy.

My approach to therapy

My focus in therapy is to create a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment by using a variety of different frameworks, I offer my clients a flexible approach that considers their unique needs. With this approach, I combine the most effective elements from different theories and techniques to help my clients reach their desired outcomes.

I have ample experience in treating a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem, interpersonal issues and anger management.
