Great to meet you!

I deeply value empathy, open-mindedness, and care. As a first-generation graduate in my Latino immigrant family, I have faced the challenges of navigating different cultures and the complexities of identity. This experience has given me a unique perspective on the struggles of finding belonging and understanding oneself in a world that often feels divided. I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I earned my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings without judgment. As someone who is married to a person from a different race, I have learned the beauty and strength that comes from embracing diverse perspectives. My own experiences have shaped my belief that therapy should be accessible to everyone because we all deserve support, growth, and healing, no matter our background or life circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are, listen with empathy, and offer a caring, non-judgmental space to feel seen and heard. I believe that there is no single approach that fits every individual, so I work collaboratively with my clients to find what works best for them. I will bring authenticity and balance to explore the root cause of the ongoing distress in your life. I will provide a compassionate environment for you to feel comfortable.
