Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have over six years of experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and life transitions. My clinical work includes supporting queer, AAPI, and BIPOC individuals with an affirming and culturally responsive approach. I provide a structured, insight-oriented process focused on building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and supporting meaningful, sustained change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic alliance. I show up with warmth and attunement, while also being direct and willing to gently challenge patterns that may be contributing to distress or feeling stuck. I balance support with accountability, helping you build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change. When it fits, I also use humor as a way to support connection and offer perspective within the work.

What you can expect from me

You can expect us to start with a biopsychosocial assessment so I can get a fuller picture of who you are, what’s bringing you in, and how I can best support you. I’ll be getting a sense of clinical fit, and just as importantly, I want you to be able to feel out whether I’m the right therapist for you. If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we’ll move forward together and create a treatment plan that blends my clinical perspective with what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.
