Great to meet you!

I provide therapy in a way that is warm, empowering, and honest. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported, while also helping you move toward meaningful change.

I work with clients navigating depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic, family stress, relationship concerns, women’s issues, and maternal mental health. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I see the process as a collaboration — one where your voice, goals, and pace matter. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready to heal from painful experiences, I aim to meet you with compassion while also helping you challenge patterns that are no longer serving you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also drawing from other evidence-based approaches depending on your needs. These may include Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), attachment-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, behavioral therapy, and family-based approaches.

I help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors so we can build practical tools for healing and growth. I tailor therapy to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My style is supportive and encouraging, but I also believe therapy should gently challenge you when needed so you can make lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will be different through this work.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current stressors, and goals, and you are always welcome to share at your own pace. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, more grounded, and with a clearer sense of what working together could look like.
