Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Elena! Life can often feel like a series of crises, leaving you exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. Whether you are a first responder carrying the weight of high-stress trauma, a veteran navigating "old wounds," or a parent concerned about your teen’s well-being, you don’t have to carry these burdens alone. I specialize in helping individuals move through deep-seated grief, heightened anxiety, and the complexities of substance use to find a sense of peace and purpose again. I will assist you to explore and find ways to safely express yourself by setting healthy boundaries and advancing own potential for personal growth. I enjoy working with various age groups to include teens and their families of different composition, religious backgrounds and spiritual beliefs. I will help you to foster self-understanding, and practice new coping skills to align with your values and interests for a more purposeful life. I will offer support and walk with you through overcoming the barriers to navigating the life you seek.

My approach to therapy

I truly believe that healing isn’t about becoming entirely a different individual. It’s about returning to self and who you have been before the pain and maladaptive patterns affected you. My way of healing integrates modalities like ACT, CBT, CPT, MI, Solution-focused therapies.

What you can expect from me

Initial Consultation: I begin with a free phone consultation. This gives us both a chance to ask questions, set expectations, and determine if we’re a good match.

First Session: I will learn your personal story to start working together on therapeutic goals. Meeting weekly at the beginning to build rapport and keep momentum considering that some people begin to feel relief after a few sessions, while others may take longer to release the repressed emotions.

I work from a CBT approach, and through collaboration with the client identify their hopes and purpose in life. I seek to create a safe space for them, where they can feel comfortable and at ease. To where it encourages healing, and a safe environment to process your thoughts and emotions.
