Hello, my name is Elisa. I'm so excited to start working with you. I have a Master's degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have loved working with adults of any ages and have worked with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
I bring a warm and welcoming approach, but I also want to challenge you while supporting you. I use ERP, CBT, DBT, MI, and Schema therapy.
I like to create a fun, learning, and collaborative environment and I'm not afraid to get into the difficult topics. In the first session, we will work on building a relationship and create goals together. I strive to create a safe and warm environment so that you can be vulnerable and feel heard.
