Great to meet you!

In my practice it is very important that clients feel safe and accepted as we work together. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, with a master's degree in counseling from Sonoma State University. I have been in private practice for the last eight years and also worked in a health clinic setting for the past four and a half years. I specialize in treating trauma and its impact on functioning in relationships and day to day living.

My approach to therapy

I take a client centered approach to therapy. I will me you where you are at in the moment, and collaborate with how and where we start our work together. I approach therapy as collaborative throughout the course of treatment, always working together with you on finding the best ways to move forward and heal.

What you can expect from me

During our first session I will collect information around your history with mental health struggles and any important events that contributed thos struggles.

We will also discuss what you want to get out of therapy and what you feel like is important to you in a therapist. We will review and adjust these goals along the way as therapy moves forward.

I will share my approach to therapy and working together so you know what to expect.
