As a psychologist, my goal is to help a client shift patterns in life. Often, I start with the following questions: What is working for you in your life? What is not working for you in your life? From there, we begin mapping out a plan for growth and change.
My current focus is on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and/or difficulties in relationships and family dynamics. I am available to take on clients virtually.
