Great to meet you!

Hi, I am an LPC with two decades of experience helping teens and families get their needs met. I earned my Master’s in Counseling in 2010 and have deep clinical experience in individual, family, and group therapy. I have extensive training in and practice full model DBT. I am genuine, compassionate, and highly skilled, helping teens and adults heal, build a healthy foundation, and reach their full potential.

My approach to therapy

I provide an atmosphere of care, trust, and respect while offering professional, evidence based counseling. I specialize in DBT and can treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I also have extensive experience helping people manage and heal from suicidality and self injury, always with a focus on safety, skills, and hope.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we will start by getting to know each other and creating a sense of safety and trust. Together, we will talk about what brought you to therapy, clarify your concerns, and set clear expectations for our work. We will also collaborate on individualized treatment goals so you leave with a concrete plan and a sense that you are not facing any of this alone.
