Great to meet you!

I can help you feel happier, less stressed, improve your relationships, and better manage life transitions. I'm interactive, practical, and will tailor my approach to you. You will be able to better navigate lifes ups and downs with more bounce and resilience. While challenges and pain are a normal part of life, you will learn ways to accept and not get derailed by intense emotions. And identify what matters most to you so you can create the life you want to be living.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide you with evidenced based tools and strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, (ACT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT). While we will work together for an hour each week, research has shown that therapy is most effective when you will put these new skills to use between sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

Effective, evidence-based tools and strategies that you can use to live with more ease and success at home, school or work.
