Great to meet you!

Welcome! Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with both adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. My experience spans a broad spectrum of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, and difficulty coping with life’s circumstances. As a certified perinatal mental health professional, I support individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I take a holistic approach, recognizing the unique challenges and strengths that each person brings to therapy. My goal is to support you in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical tools to navigate life's challenges. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help you process experiences and move forward with more clarity and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

I believe in a strong therapeutic alliance, where you feel safe, respected, and supported. This foundation allows us to explore difficult topics at your own pace, while also encouraging growth and self-discovery. By the end of our work together, I hope you will feel empowered with practical tools, emotional insights, and a renewed sense of direction as you continue to navigate life’s journey. Together, we will establish concrete goals that are tailored to your unique needs and values.
