Great to meet you!

My passion is creating a welcoming and safe environment to support your growth. I aim to empower individuals to take control of their own life and happiness. Awareness of a struggle or issue is the first step and getting support can be one of the hardest parts; I’m so happy you’re here!

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I have three years experience working with adults ages 18+ in group and individual settings. I want to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel confident to be open and honest. I specialize in DBT and CBT, and am a very skills/solutions focused therapist. I believe in the importance identifying values, setting goals, and processing through what may be getting in the way.

What you can expect from me

I want to get to know you! Our first few sessions are your chance to tell me your story and what brought you to therapy. We’ll work together to create a treatment plan that reflects your values (the way you want to live your life) and develop relevant goals (the path to getting that life). From there, we’ll continue to work towards creating a life you want to live.
