Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I look forward to getting to know you. My background includes outpatient therapy, hospice care, and early intervention, where I’ve supported individuals and families through grief, life transitions, and complex family stressors. I also work with neurodiverse young adults and their families, and I’m passionate about helping women navigate seasons of change and growth.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of New Mexico.

My approach to therapy

My style is compassionate and goal-oriented. Together, we’ll explore your goals through reflection, emotional processing, and practical strategies for change. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and better equipped to navigate challenges with clarity and self-compassion.
