Great to meet you!

My hope is to be able to help others navigate life's obstacles with an authentic and nonjudgmental approach.

I specialized in Trauma while earning my degree and have helped many individuals, couples, and families work through and overcome the aftermath of traumatic events. I also have several years of experience helping people struggling with anxiety and depression.

One of the most important aspects of the therapeutic healing process is the connection between the client and therapist, so I encourage authentic communication if you do not feel we are a good fit as it can be an example of advocating for yourself in a powerful way.

My approach to therapy

I specialized in Trauma while earning my degree and have helped many individuals, couples, and families work through and overcome the aftermath of traumatic events. I also have several years of experience helping people struggling with anxiety and depression.

What you can expect from me

I come to every single session with a completely nonjudgemental approach, and that especially includes the first session. I do my best to create a welcoming and safe environment for my client and I to get to know each other a bit. I prioritize safety and trust, so I do not rush or push for information if someone does not want to share, and rather focus on making an authentic connection. I will also answer any and all questions my client may have about the therapeutic process as I value curiosity and understand it can be hard to try something new or open up to someone new.
