Great to meet you!

As a LCSW I work with people who are looking to improve their lives. I got a BS at the University of Vermont and I attended NYU and received my MSW degree. I have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. My experience includes working in outpatient clinics and inpatient hospitals, including a mobile crisis unit, an ACT team, medical surgical units, and a domestic violence shelter.

My approach to therapy

I offer a respectful, safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed space to guide you in becoming your best self. Whether it be depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, or personal conflicts, my goal is to guide and support you towards wellness and healing.

What you can expect from me

Whatever your or your current struggle is, we will focus on progress, not perfection. I’ll hold you accountable, always treating you with respect and compassion. We will explore the factors and thought or behavioral patterns that have enabled and limited you from reaching your full potential. I’ll equip you with skills to draw on the strengths you already have to build a better functioning, stronger self.
