Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPCS) with over 10 years of experience supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm. I also work with neurodivergence and chronic illness, and I’m especially passionate about helping highly sensitive, deeply empathetic people reconnect with themselves after years of prioritizing everyone else.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling from George Fox University and am a Certified Brainspotting (BSP) Counselor. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients navigating PTSD, dissociation, depression, perfectionism, caregiver fatigue, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions.

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a space where you don’t have to mask, perform, or minimize what you’re carrying. Healing often starts with finally feeling safe enough to be fully yourself.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy knitting, crochet, cross stitch, camping, and foraging. Creative practices and time in nature are important parts of how I care for my own nervous system, and I value the role they can play in healing and well-being. As both a therapist and a parent, I also understand how easy it is to lose yourself while taking care of everyone else.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” who you are — it’s about creating enough safety, self-awareness, and support that you can reconnect with yourself and move through life with more clarity, balance, and self-trust.

I draw from Brainspotting, IFS-informed parts work, mindfulness, CBT, somatic practices, and strengths-based approaches, depending on each client’s needs and goals. I help clients better understand their nervous systems, recognize patterns shaped by trauma or chronic stress, and build practical tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, self-compassion, and healthier relationships.

Above all, I value authenticity in the therapy process. I want clients to feel genuinely seen, respected, and understood — not judged, rushed, or pressured to perform healing in a certain way. Therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as you are.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and trust. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to get out of the process.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and there’s no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you can show up as you are without feeling judged or rushed.

Together, we’ll begin exploring patterns, strengths, and goals while getting a better sense of what approaches may feel most helpful for you. Many clients leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and a little more hopeful about what healing and support could look like moving forward.
