Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of NJ, PA, and MA. I offer telehealth therapy to help adults struggling with grief, anxiety, and depression that impact their health, relationships, work, and self-esteem. Life can feel overwhelming and isolating, whether you're facing the loss of a loved one or a major life change. You don’t have to go through it alone. I specialize in helping adults process loss, navigate emotional exhaustion, and adjust to life transitions—offering a safe space to heal, build resilience, and find a renewed sense of hope and balance.

My approach to therapy

Through therapy, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns to bring clarity, resilience, and balance to your life. Together, we’ll uncover what matters most—your beliefs, values, and relationships—helping you shift unhelpful patterns and build healthy coping skills. Our work is personalized to you, creating a path that feels right for your journey.

What you can expect from me

Change takes time, but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where your voice is heard and valued. My goal is to help you feel empowered, navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, and create a more fulfilling, balanced life. If you're ready to take the next step toward healing, I invite you to reach out and for a consultation.
