Great to meet you!

Welcome!

Deciding to start therapy is a powerful act of courage and self-love. I'm glad you're here.

My professional journey began as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and evolved into my current role as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I enjoy supporting individuals and families across the lifespan and have extensive experience working with youth, teens, young adults, adults, and women/mothers navigating pregnancy and postpartum transitions.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I take a strengths-based approach, building on what is already working in your life while helping you navigate challenges. I believe therapy involves two important steps: processing and practice.

Together, we will explore your experiences, gain insight, and develop practical tools and strategies that support growth and lasting change. For some, a few sessions may provide the support and clarity they need, while others benefit from a longer-term therapeutic relationship.

Wherever you are in your journey, I am committed to meeting you where you are and supporting your goals.

What you can expect from me

What to expect in your first seasons? I view it as an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your strengths, identify goals, and talk about what you hope to gain from the counseling process.

What you can expect from me? You can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where you are encouraged to share at your own pace. Together, we will begin identifying what is already working in your life, where you may be feeling stuck, and the steps that can help you move forward. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and with greater clarity about your goals and the path ahead.
