Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping others and seek to provide a safe place for exploration, healing, and empowerment. I am relational, compassionate, strengths focused, and LGBTQIA+ friendly. I am focused on helping clients navigate an array of challenges and most often help clients through identity work, religious trauma, and college. I also enjoy helping clients navigate relationships, communication, and life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I often use person centered therapy and am eclectic in approach using strengths based, cognitive behavioral, internal family systems, and mindfulness based approaches. In your first session, we will explore what your goals are and determine the best ways to help you make progress. Throughout treatment, I am open to feedback and switching gears as needed to obtain your goals so you feel like you are getting the most out of our sessions together.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a space free of judgement to explore self, process experiences, and gain confidence. In the first session, I will conduct an intake and ask what your goals and needs are. We will check in periodically to make sure you are getting what you need and to celebrate the growth that is happening.
