Welcome. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist who primarily treats issues related to trauma, family of origin stress, substance use, and romantic relationships. I completed a post-graduate fellowship at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, Center of Excellence in Substance Addiction Treatment & Education. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2018 and take deep pride in guiding my clients in their healing journey.

I'm a relational, solution-oriented, trauma-informed, and collaborative therapist. Through the last eight years of being a psychotherapist, I have seen many of clients make profound changes in their lives, quickly.
