Great to meet you!

Hello, nice to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist in TN, with a past nursing career. I have worked within the mental health field for many years with a particular interest in families dealing with a loved one's mental health diagnosis, especially Psychosis or Mood Disorders, or a person dealing with a new diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

I pay particular attention to forming a solid trusting foundation in our relationship so that you feel secure and open to address deep-rooted thoughts and feelings without judgment or criticism. I pull from my family systems training but also use many other therapy modalities to ensure we address your specific issue. I encourage feedback to ensure the therapy journey is working for you!

What you can expect from me

I hope you gain understanding and insight into your particular issue and leave therapy with skills and knowledge to move forward with joyful living!
