Great to meet you!

As a mom myself who has been through the ups and downs of postpartum and trying to juggle it all, I know how much we can get pushed to the back burner. I eventually overcame the feeling of always being behind and neglecting myself, which is where I found a passion in helping other women reclaim their lives and be their happiest selves. I sought to create a safe space for women to come and spend an hour each week prioritizing themselves and bettering their lives.

My approach to therapy

I help women heal from what’s holding them back so they can step into the life they deserve. I understand what it’s like to feel buried under expectations. I spent years chasing accomplishments, only to realize that true fulfillment didn’t come from checking boxes—it came from learning to love myself by recognizing my own needs and voicing them. Now, I’m passionate about helping others who feel overlooked, overwhelmed, or unsure of their worth. You deserve to feel confident in yourself, and I’m here to help you get there.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, there’s no judgment—just real support. I’ll help you find tools and strategies that actually fit your life, not someone else’s idea of how it “should” look. I know how much trust and energy it takes to show up for therapy, and I take that seriously. This is your time, your space, and your story. Together, we’ll figure out what works for you so you can build a life that truly feels good
