Great to meet you!

I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and self-esteem. I also have specialized experience supporting people navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, addiction, and OCD. As a Certified Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist, I provide affirming, weight-inclusive, and culturally responsive care.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when thoughts, emotions, or behaviors begin to interfere with daily life. Whether you are feeling stuck, exhausted, or simply looking for greater clarity and balance, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain insight, and develop meaningful tools for change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in a humanistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed framework. I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to move toward their goals at their own pace. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools for growth.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and skills-based strategies that help clients strengthen emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience. My work is collaborative and tailored to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and values.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can share their concerns at their own pace. During the first session, I focus on getting to know the client, understanding what brings them to therapy, exploring their personal history, and identifying their strengths, challenges, and goals.

Together, we will discuss what they hope to gain from therapy and begin developing a treatment plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My goal is to create a collaborative relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether they are seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, eating disorders, life transitions, or personal growth, I strive to provide a safe space for exploration, healing, and lasting change. Clients often leave the first session with a clearer understanding of their concerns, initial coping strategies or insights, and a sense of direction for our work together.
