Great to meet you!

If you’re carrying the weight of trauma, feeling stuck in depression or anxiety, or living with the daily overwhelm of ADHD, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD—especially when life feels overwhelming, stuck, or hard to manage day-to-day. Many people come to therapy feeling exhausted from “pushing through,” caught in painful patterns, or carrying experiences that still feel present in the body and mind. My goal is to offer a warm, steady space where you feel understood and supported while we work toward real, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR (EMDRIA trained), depending on your needs. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and tailored—so therapy feels both supportive and actionable. Together, we will bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be through an environment that is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.

What you can expect from me

Together, these approaches can help you:

· Gain awareness of patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors

· Develop healthier responses to chronic stress

· Build sustainable coping skills

· Move toward values-based change and a clearer direction
