Great to meet you!

I'm licensed in both NC and GA and have over 20 years of experience supporting service members and veterans, reconnecting couples, and reestablishing parent-child/teen relationships. I also support corporate professionals with managing the stresses of work-life imbalance.

Many of us struggle with the messages we've been told about which affects how we think and feel about ourselves. Consequently, this may affect how we experience others in our lives to include parents, partners, peers, and other professionals. I will support you uncovering and reshaping your internal stories in a healthier way with the goal of enhancing your relationship with yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

As the world evolves around us, so do our needs and expectations in our personal and professional lives. As a clinician with specializations in couples', men's, and corporate executive's issues, I bring very practical, culturally-sensitive, and proven strategies to your treatment. I work alongside you so that your voice is heard and goals are met.

What you can expect from me

Life is too challenging to try to do this on your own. I want to partner with you to restore your sense of purpose and hope so that your life is a testimony for others. “Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad, for the tree is known by its fruit." Matthew 12:33.
