Great to meet you!

I have been practicing for over 10 years, and it has been my passion from the beginning. I obtained my Master's degree at the University of Southern California (USC) with concentrations in Health and Mental Health. Working in mental health comes from a deep desire to help others. I have always been curious and passionate about learning how the mind works and what drives certain behaviors. I am continually inspired by human resilience and feel privileged to be in a field that allows me to support others as they explore their identities, discover themselves, deepen self-understanding, and heal from intergenerational wounds and unhelpful patterns.

I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and value the unique perspectives each person brings.

My approach to therapy

I genuinely believe that you, as the client, are the expert in your own life. My role is to guide and support you through your individual journey and human growth. I provide a comforting, compassionate, and free of judgment space. I take a collaborative approach, helping you gain deeper insight into yourself and the underlying factors that may be contributing to life’s challenges. Together, we will work towards creating changes that foster a more fulfilling life. I will meet you where you are and provide guidance as you move forward.

I specialize in working with high-functioning clients. This includes young adult professionals, undergraduate and graduate students, and first-generation professionals and college students—who may be navigating mild to moderate anxiety or depression, ADHD challenges, relationship or family concerns, high stress, existential stressors, burnout, or major life transitions and are seeking to develop healthy coping skills.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will take time to learn about you by gathering information about your current concerns and asking open-ended questions to better understand your experiences. Together we will explore your needs and begin identifying potential goals for treatment. You will also have time at the end of the session to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process.

In our second follow-up session, we will identify clear goals and begin working collaboratively using approaches tailored to your unique needs and strengths.
