My approach to therapy
My approach in therapy is client-centered and client driven. I lead the client to find their own solutions, help with processing work, problem solving as they are their own experts in their lives. My current work experience has been focused on trauma work with children, couples, families and adults. I have been trained in CBT, TF-CBT, Seeking Safety and other trauma informed care.
