Great to meet you!

Helping others live better lives has been my passion since my early teens when I decided to become a counselor. Now, as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I enjoy working with adults struggling with OCD, anxiety, depression and life’s many stresses. I use ERP, ACT and CBT techniques to help my clients reduce intrusive thoughts, overcome anxiety, withstand depression and make meaningful changes in their lives. I can’t wait to hear from you so we can start your journey toward a better life!
