Great to meet you!

I'm glad you found your way here. I'm a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals discover a life worth living. My therapeutic approach is centered around creating a strong therapeutic alliance, practicing unconditional positive regard, empathy, and creating a space where you can be vulnerable and feel validated as you work through challenges. I have developed a niche for working with self-harm, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I utilize DBT in a lot of my therapy. I only offer individual sessions at this time. In my office, you can find a safe, warm, and compassionate space to be able to work through life's challenges, and build a life worth living.

I understand that reaching out for support can be a significant step, often times a scary step, toward living a life worth living. I am proud of you for doing so. I am here to offer support throughout your journey and provide validation along the way.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will complete an intake where you are able to share your story and goals for therapy. You can expect to be validated throughout your time in treatment, understand behaviors, and see a reduction in harmful behaviors.
