Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're managing anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, grief, health concerns, or major life transitions. You may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, uncertain about the future, or struggling to adapt to changes that feel outside of your control. I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, end-of-life concerns, chronic health conditions, family stress, relationship challenges, stress management difficulties, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking support as they navigate aging, caregiving responsibilities, changing family dynamics, or difficult emotional experiences that can leave them feeling isolated or overwhelmed. Together, we'll create a supportive and compassionate space where you can process challenges, build on your strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful changes that support emotional well-being and a greater sense of balance and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your individual experiences and goals. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and trauma-informed interventions to support growth and healing. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, end-of-life concerns, chronic health conditions, family dynamics, relationship issues, emotional regulation, stress management, self-esteem, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, process loss and change, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges while creating sustainable personal growth and emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable discussing difficult topics while knowing you are not facing them alone. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety and stress, improved emotional well-being, healthier coping skills, stronger resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, balance, and hope for the future.
