Great to meet you!

Hey there! I’m Erin — a neuro-spicy, introverted therapist offering online counseling for adults across Pennsylvania.

I work with individuals who often feel like they’re carrying a lot internally while still trying to hold everything together externally. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, perfectionism, or the pressure of constantly showing up for everyone else while quietly feeling overwhelmed themselves.

As someone who is naturally reflective and deeply understands what it feels like to move through the world with a busy mind and sensitive nervous system, I strive to create a therapy space that feels grounded, supportive, and genuinely human. My approach is collaborative, insight-based, and focused on helping you better understand yourself rather than trying to “fix” who you are.

Together, we’ll explore patterns, stressors, relationships, emotions, and the parts of life that may feel exhausting or difficult to navigate alone, while building more sustainable ways of caring for yourself and moving through life with greater clarity and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very human. I don’t believe people are meant to be reduced to labels, diagnoses, or placed into rigid boxes. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I see each person as a unique individual with their own experiences, emotions, patterns, and way of moving through the world.

Rather than viewing you as something that needs to be “fixed,” I approach therapy from a place of understanding, compassion, curiosity, and acceptance. Much of our work together is insight-oriented, helping you slow down and explore the deeper patterns, stressors, emotions, and experiences that may be contributing to anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, self-criticism, or disconnection from yourself.

My work is strongly influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on developing greater psychological flexibility, self-awareness, and self-compassion rather than fighting against difficult thoughts or emotions. Together, we work toward building a more accepting relationship with yourself while also creating meaningful changes that align with your values, needs, and the life you want to live.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, grounded, and genuine — a space where you can show up fully as yourself, feel understood without judgment, and learn how to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, intention, and compassion for yourself along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel more like a conversation than an interrogation. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to begin showing up as yourself without pressure to have everything perfectly explained or figured out right away.

During our first session, we’ll explore what has been weighing on you, what led you to reach out for therapy, and any patterns, stressors, or experiences that feel important to understand more deeply. I also want to learn about you as a whole person — not just the symptoms or challenges bringing you in.

I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, so the first session is less about placing labels on your experience and more about beginning to understand your story, your needs, and what support may look like for you moving forward.
