Great to meet you!

Erin Waltz is a warm, solution-focused therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults and families. As a Villanova University and Temple University graduate and a Certified School Counselor & Administrator, she blends deep clinical expertise with a compassionate, strength-based approach to help clients navigate life’s complexities.

My approach to therapy

In her private practice, Erin specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQ+ community, and families navigating the unique dynamics of special needs. Her therapeutic style is deeply integrative; she pairs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with trauma-informed care and somatic techniques to bridge the connection between mind and body, ensuring a holistic path to healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to create a cozy, "judgment-free zone" where you feel truly seen and heard. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing about what’s been on your mind, ensuring you feel safe and comfortable from the very start. Together, we’ll identify one or two small, manageable goals so you can walk away with a sense of hope and a clear idea of how we’ll work toward your healing. My hope is that you leave our first meeting feeling lighter, supported, and ready to tackle the next chapter together!
