Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are navigating substance use, anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health concerns. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood and begin making meaningful changes. I have worked as a counselor in community behavioral health settings and has several years of experience supporting clients with substance use and other mental health needs.

My approach to therapy

I support clients who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to build healthier patterns in their lives. My work often focuses on substance use recovery, emotional regulation, coping skills, and improving day-to-day functioning. I help clients better understand the challenges they’re facing while building practical tools they can use outside of session.

What you can expect from me

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness practices, with care tailored to each client’s goals and lived experience. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and encouraging. Together, we’ll work to identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and create a path forward that feels realistic and sustainable.
