Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, postpartum depression, and women’s wellness. With a focus on improving the lives of children, adolescents, families, couples, and adults. I believe that true healing comes from addressing the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.

My focus

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating life’s challenges. My practice focuses on supporting women’s wellness, including perinatal and postpartum mental health, while also addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, parenting struggles, relationship issues, and career or life transitions. Whether I am helping a young person manage anxiety, guiding a parent through family challenges, or walking alongside someone healing from loss or trauma, I strive to create a safe, empathetic space where resilience, growth, and whole-person healing can thrive.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is grounded in empathy and empowering clients to explore their strengths and embrace personal growth. Whether working through anxiety, managing depression, or addressing life transitions and challenges. I draw on evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Working alongside clients to foster positive change, resilience, and an improved sense of well-being in all areas of life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that our first session is all about creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. In that first meeting, my goal is to get to know you, not just the challenges that brought you in, but also your strengths, your story, and what you're hoping to get out of our time together. We'll talk about your goals for therapy, what’s been working (and what hasn’t), and begin identifying some coping tools or strategies that can support you along the way. We’ll also go over important information like confidentiality, your rights as a client, and what you can expect from me as your therapist. I’ll take time to answer any questions you might have about the therapy process, and we’ll go over things like consent, boundaries, and how we’ll work together moving forward. You don’t need to prepare anything for our first session, just come as you are. Whether you’re feeling nervous, curious, hopeful, or unsure, that’s okay. This is a space where we’ll move at your pace, and together we’ll begin building a supportive, authentic relationship grounded in trust and mutual respect.
