Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide a warm, non-judgmental and compassionate space for my clients where we can work together to find a way forward. Whether you are struggling with feeling down, life-transitions, anxiety, grief/loss or needing to find a way through the complex challenges life presents, we will work together to help you find ways to be more present and free in your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert in your life and I am a compassionate, warm professional who will not give up on you and instead, work with you to help us move you towards your core values and process through any emotions that have not been validated or addressed. My goal is to empower my clients with the skills, tools, self-awareness and most of all, self-compassion needed to change up the narrative that is either holding you back or keeping you from reaching your full potential.

What you can expect from me

As my client, you can expect to always come to an environment where you feel comfortable, heard, seen and validated. Sessions will be a place where we cultivate self-awareness, compassion and understanding that will help us weave together your experiences, emotions and a way forward. While therapy is a place where you can talk about anything freely, that doesn't mean we won't be laughing and having fun!
