Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California with a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology. My experience has been working in the community and jail settings with youth and adults.

Therapeutic approach will be considering previous/early life experiences contributing to today's presenting challenges.

My approach to therapy

Having worked with clients who have experienced complex adversities, I have seen the power of insight building to improve overall quality of life. My approach is insight oriented in helping clients make their own connections. The goal is to provide my clients with lasting tools they can continue to use and implement even after therapy. I enjoy helping my clients feel empowered and regain ownership of their lives and feel confident to make autonomous decisions in their own journey.

What you can expect from me

In out first session I will go over what to expect from therapy, gathering information, getting to know each other to ensure we are a good match, and ultimately what brings you to therapy in efforts to begin creating a plan specifically catered to your individual needs and treatment goals.
