As a doctor of clinical psychology and a trans man, I bring passion and lived experience to my work with clients facing struggles navigating a world not designed for them.
My work is founded in the Rogerian Client Centered approach, which puts the client first as the expert on their own experience. I am here to help guide, offer perspective, and provide tools. My work is also primarily includes Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT), as often times clients wish to know not just how they feel, but what to do about it!
In the first session with a client I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment that feels safe enough to share your struggles openly. I will cover important policies, the risks and benefits of treatment, and begin collecting information about what's been going on, where you find yourself, and where you want to go.
