Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW with a Post-Master's Certificate in Trauma, a Perinatal/Postpartum Mental Health Certificate, and a Certificate in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating various transitions in life. Whether you are moving through external changes such as graduating, pivoting in your career, growing your family, or experiencing body transitions, or seeking internal transformations such as breaking relational patterns or exploring your identities, let's journey through it together.

My professional experience as a crisis responder and leadership coach inform my practice, as much as my lived experience as a neurodivergent, queer, Korean American woman from a mixed-status family.

Whatever brought you here, I'd love to hear your story.

My approach to therapy

I believe in client-centered, trauma-informed, restorative justice oriented approach to therapy. I integrate the modalities of Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and relational psychotherapy. At the core of my practice is a foundational belief in healing through storytelling. I am certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy, and would love to embark on a ketamine-assisted psychotherapy journeys with you, whether it be both dosing and integration sessions or just integration sessions post-infusion. I am dedicated to the practices of decolonizing therapy, unlearning normative values, staying curious and humble about new information and perspectives. I hope that together, we can learn from each other and grow with intention and purpose.

Self-pay is set at a rate that allows me to offer pro bono gender affirming care letters all folks seeking such care and sliding scale therapy sessions to QTBIPOC clients.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a collaborative exploration of goals and values to ensure our alignment. We will also engage in assessments and logistics conversations.
