Great to meet you!

I believe you author your life story. My goal is to lead you, as the story's creator, to re-design your narrative through empowerment and self-discovery. We will work together to equip you with the coping skills to overcome past traumas, current challenges, and unhealthy behaviors. I specialize in supporting men's issues, military members, first responders, and their families, young adults, interabled couples, and eating disorder recovery. My therapeutic approach is centered on helping you regain control of your life and address the underlying causes of distress.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, humanistic, and client-centered, considering the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being. I emphasize empathy, authenticity, and acceptance to help clients feel safe and supported. I use evidence-based techniques, including cognitive flexibility training, emotional regulation strategies and EMDR. I strive to empower clients by identifying their strengths and fostering resilience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain self-awareness, emotional regulation skills, and practical tools to manage life’s challenges. They will learn strategies for stress management, and setting healthy boundaries. First responders will receive support in processing trauma, developing coping mechanisms, and navigating the demands of their work. My goal is to help clients build confidence, resilience, and sustainable mental well-being. Above all, I aim to provide a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
