I take a collaborative, client-centered approach and tailor therapy to each person’s needs, goals, and stage of life. My priority is creating a supportive, comfortable space where clients feel heard, respected, and able to show up as themselves.
I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and couples, and I adjust my style depending on who I’m working with and what they’re navigating. With younger clients, I often focus on building trust, emotional awareness, and practical coping skills in a way that feels engaging and age-appropriate. With young adults and couples, I tend to explore patterns, communication, and life transitions that may be contributing to stress or disconnection.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Depending on your needs, we may focus on identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns, building on your existing strengths and resources, or processing past experiences that may still be impacting you today.
Overall, my goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and equipped with tools they can use in everyday life while also supporting deeper emotional healing and growth.
