Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Evanna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients throughout Florida.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day challenges, my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.

My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can show up as you are, explore your experiences without judgment, and build the confidence to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach and tailor therapy to each person’s needs, goals, and stage of life. My priority is creating a supportive, comfortable space where clients feel heard, respected, and able to show up as themselves.

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and couples, and I adjust my style depending on who I’m working with and what they’re navigating. With younger clients, I often focus on building trust, emotional awareness, and practical coping skills in a way that feels engaging and age-appropriate. With young adults and couples, I tend to explore patterns, communication, and life transitions that may be contributing to stress or disconnection.

My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Depending on your needs, we may focus on identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns, building on your existing strengths and resources, or processing past experiences that may still be impacting you today.

Overall, my goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and equipped with tools they can use in everyday life while also supporting deeper emotional healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, the focus is on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and any goals you may already have in mind. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. This is simply a space to start where you are.

I also spend time gathering background information so I can better understand your experiences and what might be contributing to what you’re feeling or facing right now. For children and adolescents, I may also include caregivers in parts of the session when appropriate.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and more clear about what working together might look like. We’ll begin identifying initial goals and a direction for therapy, but at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Above all, I aim to create a calm, supportive environment where you can ask questions, share openly, and decide if I feel like the right fit for you.
