Great to meet you!

If you've been living with constant worry, panic attacks, or the lingering effects of difficult experiences, you may feel exhausted from always being on alert. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they no longer want to repeat. You don't have to continue carrying it all on your own.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, panic disorders, family stress, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll explore the experiences and patterns contributing to your struggles while building practical tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences. No two people arrive in therapy with the same story, which is why I strive to create a space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and past experiences without fear of judgment.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR-informed interventions, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Whether you're working through anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, family conflict, or relationship challenges, we'll focus on building emotional regulation skills, strengthening resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially if this is your first experience seeking support. During our first sessions, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different moving forward. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can show up exactly as you are.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. We'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen healthy coping skills, and develop realistic goals that support the life you want to build. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel empowered, resilient, and more confident navigating life's challenges.
