Great to meet you!

As a queer, non-binary therapist I am passionate about providing sexuality- and gender-affirming therapy to queer and trans clients of all ages and stages of self-exploration. I prioritize queer joy and gender euphoria in the therapeutic space, and I strive to create a safe haven for clients to explore their identities beyond heteronormative sexuality and binary gender. I support clients through a variety of challenges, including questioning identity, navigating life transitions, processing trauma and grief, coping with depression and anxiety, and navigating relationship challenges through a queer- and non-monogamy- affirming lens.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is characterized by honesty, authenticity, and vulnerability, and interweaves my personal lived experience with my professional training and expertise. My approach is tailored to each individual client, and incorporates a variety of techniques and modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.

What you can expect from me

I strive to bring warmth, empathy, and patience to my work, and I encourage clients to identify and leverage their unique strengths and capabilities to further their goals. Ensuring that my clients feel safe, supported, and empowered is essential to my work, and I am excited to learn about your story and begin charting a course for future growth!
