Great to meet you!

Pleasure to meet you!

I have been a practicing therapist for 10 years and have worked with a variety of populations, including veterans, families, individuals struggling with trauma, substance use, and those involved in the criminal justice system. I believe we all have inner strengths we can draw upon, and my passion is working with clients to help them find and utilize those strengths to heal and achieve their full potential!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to provide you with a secure space to share your story and collaborate with you to address the barriers that may be holding you back. I will provide the knowledge and education you need to identify destructive thoughts and behaviors, as well as helpful strategies and insight to help you proceed in your self improvement journey.

What you can expect from me

We will start with an introductory session where I will learn about you, your goals for our work together, and we will discuss how I can best help you. I am here to support you and look forward to working together to make your goals a reality.
