Great to meet you!
I chose to become a mental health professional to help people become their most whole, best selves. What I love most is having the opportunity to be a part of people’s journeys. It is a privilege to be their guide.

I prefer to use evidence-based approaches, such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I have extensive training in Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral to Treatment (SBIRT), Motivational Interviews, and HOPE suicide prevention for crime victims advocacy.
I want to make my clients feel that they have a safe space to voice their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. They can expect from me respect, honesty, support, and care. I will always provide honest feedback, and my approach will be tailor according to their needs.
