Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist specializing in trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, copsssion fatigue, burnout and sexual empowerment. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and somatic interventions. I help clients regulate their nervous systems, process past experiences, and build a foundation of emotional resilience and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is an active, collaborative process—equal parts depth and direction, challenge and care. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, while also gently (and sometimes boldly) encouraging growth beyond what feels familiar or safe.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in empowerment. I draw from evidence-based modalities like EMDR, CBT, and somatic practices, while staying deeply attuned to your lived experience, identity, and nervous system. I hold space for the messy, the sacred, the sexual, the uncertain—and everything in between.

Whether you’re here to untangle trauma, navigate anxiety, explore self-worth, or reclaim your voice, our work will be shaped by curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your inner wisdom.

Therapy doesn’t have to be sterile or stiff—it can be real, raw, sometimes even funny—and always, deeply yours.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space that is affirming and nonjudgmental, but also one that invites accountability, insight, and transformation. I don’t believe in sugarcoating the hard stuff—but I do believe healing can be infused with humor, humanity, and moments of lightness even in the darkest places.
