Great to meet you!

I am a licensed art therapist and counselor with a dual Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Albertus Magnus College. My professional experience spans a wide range of clinical settings, including acute behavioral health units in psychiatric hospitals, group homes, addiction recovery programs, and private practice.

I specialize in creative and integrative approaches to healing, including the Inner Child Recovery Program, Body Mapping, Process Painting, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These methods allow clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and personal growth through both verbal and non-verbal expression.

My clinical work has taken me across several states, including Arizona and New York, and I currently practice in Connecticut. I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, helping individuals navigate trauma, emotional regulation, self-worth, and identity through a combination of talk therapy and creative expression.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is creative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and empowered to explore our inner world. I work collaboratively with clients to uncover the roots of emotional pain, often integrating art therapy and talk therapy to support both expression and insight.

Whether we're using traditional methods or creative tools, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual. I also prioritize nervous system regulation and somatic awareness, helping clients reconnect with their bodies as part of the healing process.

My style is grounded, warm, and intuitive—I meet clients where they are, offering both structure and space for deep exploration and transformation. Whether you're navigating trauma, life transitions, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I aim to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment for your growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and more connected to themselves. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore emotions, patterns, and past experiences at your own pace. Through a combination of talk therapy and creative practices, you’ll gain tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Many clients walk away with a stronger sense of identity, improved coping skills, and a deeper understanding of their inner child and core wounds. Whether we’re working through trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, or creative blocks, the goal is to foster healing, empowerment, and lasting change.

Ultimately, I want clients to feel grounded, more in control of their lives, and supported in becoming their most authentic selves
