Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Frank Tyler, a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY24323) with over 15 years of experience providing culturally responsive, evidence-based care. My practice focuses on integrated behavioral health, where I support individuals coping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and identity-related concerns. I bring particular expertise in men’s health, including the impact of masculinity on emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

Over the years, I’ve worked across outpatient psychiatry, internal medicine, and community mental health settings, providing care to diverse populations. I also have extensive experience in clinical supervision, medical education, and reflective group work. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. Together, we’ll identify strategies that align with your values and support long-term wellness.

Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or exploring broader personal development, I strive to offer a safe space where meaningful change can begin.

My approach to therapy

I offer culturally responsive, affirming therapy for individuals navigating identity, life transitions, and emotional stress—especially those from BIPOC communities and men exploring masculinity and emotional wellbeing. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients of all backgrounds can reflect, heal, and grow. My approach draws from ACT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and relational and attachment-based frameworks to support clarity, connection, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a therapy space that is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in respect for their lived experience. I work collaboratively to help people gain clarity, reduce distress, and reconnect with their values. Whether you’re navigating identity, relationships, stress, or trauma, I aim to support you in developing emotional insight, practical coping strategies, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Sessions are paced to match your needs and always rooted in cultural humility, trust, and meaningful growth.
