Great to meet you!

As a therapist I help clients identify and heal the core emotional wounds and patterns that often operate beneath awareness but shape our relationships, self-image, and daily choices. Carl Jung once said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” My work is about gently bringing those unconscious patterns to light—not to dwell in the past, but to understand its impact. After all, "the past is for reference, not for residence". We will work together to decode the default, rewire the response, and reclaim the self.

My approach to therapy

My counseling sty is integrative. I utilize psychodynamic and schema therapy approaches to reveal, recognize and release unhealthy patterns of thinking and coping. My overall philosophy in the treatment room, compassion and patience. We will work at a pace that is comfortable for you, while giving firm and gentle nudges when fear tries to paralyze.

What you can expect from me

Life is full of challenges, and change is an inevitable part of our journey. Together, let’s co-create a safe and sacred space for you to begin the transformative work of reclaiming your sense of self. Through self-empowerment and self-compassion, you can find the strength to embrace your path and navigate it with intention. Let's begin.
