Great to meet you!

My name is Gail St.James and I've worked in the counseling field since 1999 beginning as a Psychiatric Emergency Specialist working with clients in crisis and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Science.

I have taught Psychology for 20 years and am well known in the community with students and clients in need of therapeutic support.

I welcome you to my practice and look forward to a healing journey together.

"My success is your success!"

My approach to therapy

I have trained as a Humanistic therapist and a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and strength based practices. Over the years of practice and study, I have developed an eclectic style with a broad array of skill building tools to support healing and coping for emotional well being.

What you can expect from me

My clients have guided my practice, with feedback about the strength building emotional support they have learned to move forward. I hope to bring this same feeling of emotional healing and well being to you!
