I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, PTSD, women's issues, addiction, and many others.
My approach to counseling is "meeting the client where they are". My counseling style is considered eclectic, as treatment is tailored to fit each individual client in order to insure a positive experience and outcome for them.
Ultimately, my goal is to improve a client's quality of life by working through challenges and obstacles they are facing in order for them to be the best they can be.
